위와 같은 에러가 발생했습니다. 

이것이 무엇이냐면 앱폴더가 있는 경로 중 영문이 아닌 값이 있다는 것입니다.

C:\프로젝트\testapp

여기서 [프로젝트] 이걸 그냥 영문으로 바꾸심 되요.
